All SafeBottle lids are made from BPA free Polypropylene (pp#5).
Are you replacing your lid because it doesn’t work properly?
Unfortunately we appear to have received a small bad batch of lids, if you think you have one of these please call us on 0800 777 444 (Outside of NZ +64 3 9615050) or email us: service@safebottles.co.nz, tell us what the problem is and we will send you a new one.
We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused. We are proud of our SafeBottles and are disappointed a number of lesser quality lids have appeared. We assure you we have dealt with the situation and take pride in the high quality product we provide!
